Driving home from a family dinner, a night with friends, a sporting event, or a company party can lead to a night in jail if you are pulled over and arrested for driving under the influence. Some drivers simply don’t realize how much they have consumed or that they are over the legal limit. Other suspects of drunk driving may have been unfairly arrested or targeted. A conviction can result in loss of license, jail time, fines, and a criminal record. The consequences can be even more severe for celebrities, athletes, professionals and other high-profile defendants.
